Part of our training strategy is to observe the performance of all candidates throughout the various training elements of the course. Where it is observed that candidates appear to be struggling with any aspect, then a Field Operator specialising in the particular aspect will be assigned to deliver personal 1:1 training where possible. This is to ensure that the candidate develops both confidence and knowledge and is comfortable with going into the final assessment for DSC Level 1.
