Mandatory core NVQ units:
• Conforming to general health, safety and welfare in the workplace
• Conforming to productive working practices in the workplace
• Preparing and operating rear tipping dump trucks to receive, transport and discharge materials in the workplace

• Suitable and safe area to operate and manoeuvre dumper
• Excavator/loading machine
• Bulk material to load and move
• Varying terrain and slopes
• Suitable and safe area to complete paperwork
• Suitable welfare facilities
